Etna honey

Known by the name of "Gold of the Etna", the story of the best honey in Italy began in the early 1900s when a young sharecropper decided to quit with the farmer's business starting with that of beekeeper. It was such a great success that led other families to start the production, becoming the main source of income over time and one of the most typical products of the towns at the foot of Mount Etna. A unique honey not only on the palate, thanks to its intense aroma between floral and fruity, but also for its important healing and antibacterial properties: excellent against colds, flu and cough. It reinforces immune defenses thanks to the high content of vitamins, minerals and enzymes. Plus, it's a great depurator, diuretic, antianemic, expectorant and decongestant, as well as stimulating blood circulation and preventing prostate problems. A very important ingredient in the craftsmanship of some of the most typical Sicilian pastries, such us almond paste cookies, pistachio paste cookiesnougat and marzipan fruits, which Don Cannolo loves to use. Receive his Sicilian pastries with a click comfortably at home to enjoy intense moments of pleasure.
